    • Complete control and regulation of peening/blasting parameters
    • Component tooling system mounted on both sides of the revolving door allowing loading/unloading while peening. Sealing of the door achieved by easily replaceable inflatable seals
    • 1, 2 or 3 component rotating spindle(s) per station with pneumatic counter head allowing part clamping and presence detection
    • Simple construction designed for quick maintenance and easily access
    • Long life lining in high quality cast iron

    The CFX 400 LC peening cell is an efficient gear peening machine which design was “spec down” orientated in order to meet with automotive manufacturers' cost saving requirements.

    Specifically built for shot peening geared shafts, this machine offers an excellent level of reliability and low operating costs. This installation is unique in that the part holder tooling can accommodate a wide range of components, and their different treatment programmes. The flexible use of various masks ensures the protection of areas which should not be treated.
